So i went to the doctor today and she basically told me that i'm bordering obesity or at least thats how i heard it lol. My BMI (body mass index) is 29 and the norms are 22-25. I cut out most fast food places except chinese food which is probably like the worse one smh. I need to lose about 20 to 25 lbs now i am not very tall i'm wondering how big my head is gonna look if i were to be that skinny but hey gotta try. So heres wat i decided to to do first is no more fast food and eating out every wk period and only all natural drinks or water. The biggest thing is for me to get back in the gym back to my zumba classes which i loved. I think my major problem is I don't have a buddy to do this with :-(. I think these are good changes not so much a drastic change that can't be maintained. So i begin today January 6, 2012 at 153 lbs goal weight 125 but if i get to 130 i will do cart wheels lol even though i don't know how. So anybody wanna buddy up with me?
